Ermin joins the Trinity Coaching Staff for the first time in 2023. Ermin started rowing in 2017 and found immediate success in his early years. Coached by Sam Duncan throughout his entire Trinity Rowing career, Ermin received numerous medals at State level and made the South Coast Team several times. Ermin’s highlight came at the 2021 National Championships in Tasmania, where his quad came 5th in the Schoolboy Quad Sprint Event and 7th in the Under 17 Quad. Rowing for Ermin has taught him discipline and the value of hard work. After rowing for six years and learning incredible values from his coach, he is excited to share his knowledge with the younger generation of Trinity Rowers and help them achieve their goals.
