Monique has been rowing competitively for 8 years, winning National Championship medals along the way. Monique is currently training for the 2023 National Championships in Surf Boat Rowing. She joined the Trinity Coaching team in 2020 and enjoys passing her knowledge onto rowers of varying ages, ensuring they are ready to advance to the next level in their rowing career.
